Service Description. This Site describes Paint And Sip Event, Kid's Birthday Paint Party, Corporate Team Building Event, Private Painting Party, Wine Glass Painting, Tote Bag Painting, School Art Workshop provided by Hue & Me Painting. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Hue & Me Painting and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hue & Me Painting makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Hue & Me Painting's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Hue & Me Painting against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. NJ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NJ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Hue & Me Painting may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
